This Week's Outings, 7/12/26

Sunday, 7/12/26:

I don't remember what I wore, or where I went. Exciting start to this new series!

Monday, 7/13/26:

I didn't wear anything feminine outside (or inside) today. Sorry to be so boring!

Tuesday, 7/14/26:

Today is a day off from work. Since I had no outings, and didn't even wear anything girly yesterday, I decided to wear my favorite blue pantyhose, with black panties, a black mesh bra, and a pretty blue, black and white tie-dye-ish swing dress. I normally like to wear blue nylons on Monday, but, as I've already admitted, I didn't wear any nylons of any sort on Monday, so I wanted to honor the weekly wearing O' the blue today.

I only had one outing today, but it was extensive. First, I had an Amazon return to take care of, so I threw a gray hoodie on (I've found that people gasp less when they see me this way, as opposed to realizing that I'm wearing a dress. The hem of the dress and the very glaringly nylon-covered legs protruding from it are somewhat less off-putting when you can convince yourself that it's shorts, or some such thing. Anyway, the hoodie keeps the peace, so I rock it), and drove to Kohl's to make the return.

Apparently, Kohl's doesn't accept Amazon returns at the Customer Service counter anymore. Nope, you have to walk through the entire store, to the back corner, and interact with a store employee standing in the middle of the toy aisle. Anyway, I walked through the entire Kohl's store, twice, and headed back to my car.

Next, to Walmart, which is conveniently next door to Kohl's. My baby needs dog food. In and out with the dog food is no problem. With the exception of a poor woman whose kids decided to start screaming as she approached the checkout, Walmart was uneventful.

The next stop in the Tuesday outing took me to the eyeglass place where I bought my new glasses last Friday. The nose pads that came with them were hurting my nose, so I tried to replace them with a pair of soft pads I'd ordered from Amazon years ago. I was able to change one, but couldn't get the screw out of the other, so I figured the glasses place would be able to finish what I couldn't.

After standing at their counter for about 15 minutes, being gawked at by some old woman who couldn't keep her jaw off the floor, I was informed that they didn't have a screw that would fit with my pads, so they put on their version of "soft" pads, and out the door I went.

Next up was the Dollar Tree, to pick up some makeup remover wipes. I caught a few looks walking around the store, but things like that don't bother me anymore. Also, walking around Dollar Tree is a trap. Everything is cheap, so temptation is everywhere. I got my makeup remover wipes, but I also got a toenail clipper, a little mop thing for cleaning the inside of my car's windshield, a mascara and a 2-tone cream eyeshadow stick. All I wanted was the makeup wipes. Sheesh.

BTW, I tried out the cream eyeshadow stick shortly after I got home, and it isn't worth the $1.25 I paid for it. Oh well, I'm out $1.25, and had a new experience.

After Dollar Tree, I ordered lunch from McDonald's, for curbside pickup, and went home to eat my Quarter Pounder and drink a lovely Diet Dr. Pepper. I'm sure the guy (short, black guy, probably in his late 50's, with painted fingernails) saw my blue legwear, and more power to him if he did. Also, he's awesome for wearing nail polish to work. I wish I could pull that off...good on ya, my guy.
